New Class - Burn, Baby, Burn   Sundays  4pm


This class is devoted to working off the holiday calories and starting your New Year's resolutions with a bang. It will be taught by a rotating cast of teachers and they will show no mercy. The plan is to keep you moving and expand the principles of Pilates into what used to be called calisthenics. This is not the class for you if you're working with joint pain or just starting to exercise after a period of not moving much. But if you're feeling fine and you want to give your regimen a little something extra, please join us.
