Kathryn Meany found the Pilates Method as a mat class student and it grew from there. Mat certified with Kelly Kane. I was lucky to fall into the hands of extremely creative and inspired body workers. Six years later I am happy to be a part of the Sixth Street Pilates Community. In addition to my continuing education, I utilize my memories as a student to shape the tone and focus of my mat classes, hoping to return some of the many gifts the Pilates experience has given me.
