Kathryn Meany found the Pilates Method as a mat class student and it grew from there. Mat certified with Kelly Kane and personally trained in machines by Jesse Kile, I was lucky to fall into the hands of extremely creative and inspired body workers. Over four years later I am happy to be a part of the Sixth Street Pilates Community. In addition to my continuing education, I utilize my memories as a student to shape the tone and focus of my mat classes, hoping to return some of the many gifts the Pilates experience has given to me.
